Flax Card helps local stores collect reviews, share menus, and connect with customers - all in one tap, using a physical card with NFC and QR. No app downloads. No tech headaches. One tap, and it works.
We're growing across India and looking for people who can take this directly to shop owners - and close.
What you'll do
You'll spend your days in local markets - meeting shop owners, showing them how Flax Card works, and signing them up on the spot. Every day, you own your territory and move through it with purpose.
25-30 shop visits daily
12-18 live demos
5-10 closures
This is a field role. The work happens outside, not at a desk.
What we're looking for
You don't need a sales degree. You do need to be someone who keeps going after a no, speaks comfortably with strangers, and stays disciplined without someone watching over you.
Experience in field sales helps. The ability to execute every single day matters more.
What you'll earn
Fixed monthly salary
₹200-350 bonus per sale
Daily bonuses when you hit high closure numbers
Monthly performance incentives
No cap on earnings - the more you close, the more you make
