Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru for a Field Sales Executive specializing in biotech and life sciences accounts. The Field Sales Executive will be responsible for developing and maintaining client relationships in the biotech and diagnostics sectors, promoting the company's product offerings, and meeting sales targets. Key activities include conducting sales visits, delivering product presentations to scientific and medical professionals, identifying customer needs, and providing technical consultation in collaboration with application scientists. The role also involves preparing sales reports and tracking client interactions to ensure exceptional service delivery.
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of biotech and life sciences products such as Immunoassays, Molecular Biology Kits, CGT, Cell Culture, Analytical Instruments, and Laboratory Chemicals
- Exceptional communication skills to build relationships and effectively communicate technical product details
- Experience in sales, customer relationship management, and meeting sales goals in biotech or related industries
- Ability to analyze customer needs, provide tailored solutions, and deliver comprehensive technical assistance
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools to manage client information and prepare sales reports
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Biotechnology, Life Sciences, Biochemistry, or related fields
- Self-motivated with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively
- 3 Years Experience in field sales or account management within the biotech or diagnostics sector is highly desirable
