🚀 We're Hiring: Field Sales Executive (B2B HealthTech SaaS)
📍 Location: Kolkata
💼 Experience: 2–5 Years
💰 CTC: ₹4.2–4.8 LPA (₹35,000–₹40,000/month) + Attractive Performance Incentives
EasyHealths, a product of EasyTech IT Solutions Pvt. Ltd., is a rapidly growing HealthTech platform transforming how patients connect with doctors, clinics, hospitals, and diagnostic centres.
We help healthcare providers digitize their OPD operations, improve patient experience, and grow their practice through smart digital solutions. As we expand across Kolkata, we're looking for passionate sales professionals who love closing deals and creating real business impact.
What You'll Do
✅ Own the complete sales cycle from lead generation to closure
✅ Meet doctors, clinics, diagnostic centres, and hospitals across Kolkata
✅ Sell EasyHealths' subscription-based SaaS solutions for OPD and clinic automation
✅ Explain ROI, patient acquisition, and business growth opportunities to healthcare providers
✅ Build long-term relationships with clients
✅ Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and consistently achieve targets
Who Should Apply?
✔ 2–5 years of experience in Software, SaaS, or B2B Field Sales (Software/SaaS sales experience is mandatory)
✔ Excellent communication, negotiation, and closing skills
✔ Target-driven with a strong ownership mindset
✔ Comfortable with extensive field travel (Own bike is mandatory)
✔ Someone who enjoys meeting new clients and converting opportunities into business
