🚨 We’re hiring: Field Sales Executive | Zubcon
If you enjoy walking into a factory, talking to business owners, understanding how their operations actually work, and turning a real problem into a business opportunity — this might be for you.
At Zubcon, we’re building an Operational Intelligence platform for manufacturing MSMEs.
We help manufacturers move from reactive coordination to predictive execution — giving them better visibility into inventory, WIP, production, procurement and the decisions happening on the shop floor.
We’re looking for a Field Sales Executive to join us in Chennai.
What you’ll do
• Identify and engage manufacturing businesses
• Meet promoters, plant heads and operations teams
• Understand their operational pain points
• Demonstrate Zubcon and map it to their business needs
• Build and manage a healthy sales pipeline
• Own the journey from first conversation to closure
• Spend a good amount of time in the field, not behind a desk
What we’re looking for
Someone who is:
→ Comfortable talking to business owners
→ Curious about how factories actually work
→ Hungry to learn and close
→ Good at building relationships
→ Comfortable with field travel
→ Able to sell by understanding the problem, not by pushing a product
Prior B2B / manufacturing sales experience is a big plus.
But attitude matters more than a fancy résumé.
