Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Field Sales Executive based in Hyderabad. The primary responsibility of this role is to onboard gated communities by approaching and coordinating with Facility Managers, Resident Welfare Associations (RWAs), and community decision-makers.
The Field Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying new communities, pitching Washcaro services, obtaining permissions to conduct on-ground activities, and driving user acquisition within communities. The role also involves maintaining relationships with community management and ensuring smooth onboarding and service launch.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and approach gated communities across Hyderabad
Meet Facility Managers, RWA members, and Association Heads
Present and promote Washcaro’s services to decision-makers
Secure permissions for stalls, campaigns, and onboarding activities
Drive resident acquisition through on-ground engagement
Build and maintain strong relationships with community stakeholders
Coordinate with internal teams for successful service implementation
Qualifications
Proven experience in Field Sales, Direct Sales, or Business Development
Strong communication, negotiation, and networking skills
Ability to interact confidently with decision-makers
Self-motivated and target-oriented approach
Good organizational and time management skills
Familiarity with Hyderabad locations is preferred
Basic knowledge of CRM tools and applications is an added advantage
Additional Information
- This role requires a proactive individual who enjoys on-ground sales and is capable of building strong business relationships. Candidates with experience in real estate, facility management, or subscription-based services will have an added advantage.
