Role Description
This full-time, on-site Field Sales Executive role is based in Gajuwaka. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying and acquiring new business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with clients, achieving sales targets, and representing Vybe Universe Foods' products to potential and existing customers. Responsibilities also include conducting market research, executing sales strategies, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction, and preparing regular sales reports. Collaboration with internal teams to optimize product offerings and resolve client queries in a timely manner is also essential to this role.
Qualifications
- Strong sales and business development skills, including lead generation, relationship building, and client acquisition
- Proficiency in communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Ability to conduct market research and analyze data for creating effective sales strategies
- Excellent organizational skills, time management, and ability to work independently
- Experience in the retail or food industry is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
- Strong interpersonal skills to maintain and grow client relationships
- Passion for premium food products and an understanding of the luxury food market is an advantage
