*We’re Hiring: Sales Representative – Biosciences (South & West India)*
Join Vision Diagnostic India Pvt. Ltd. in Bioscience Division
We are looking for dynamic, result-driven professionals to expand our Biosciences Division across *South & West India*.
📍 *Locations:*
Chennai and Thiruvananthapuram
💼 *Role Overview:*
You will be responsible for driving sales of cell culture products, research sera, cytogenetics media, and related bioscience solutions across academia, biotech, pharma, diagnostics labs, IVF clinics, and hospitals.
🔑 *Key Responsibilities:*
- Identify and develop new business opportunities
- Conduct scientific workflow presentations
- Build strong customer relationships and ensure satisfaction
- Achieve aggressive YoY growth targets
- Track market trends and competitor activity
- Collaborate on branding activities like roadshows & seminars
- Maintain CRM/SFDC records and sales reports
- Should be confirmable for road show, Cell culture lab to lab visit.
🎓 *Preferred Profile:*
- M.Sc. / B.Sc. in Life Sciences
- Experience in life sciences / cell culture sales is an advantage
- cell culture product line field sale experience 2-3 years
- 70% travel, over night travel required.
- Strong communication & negotiation skills
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets
