Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Field Sales Executive based in Delhi, India. The Field Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying and generating leads, building and maintaining customer relationships, meeting sales targets, and promoting VINR's skincare products. The role involves conducting market research, presenting solutions to clients, negotiating sales, and maintaining accurate sales records. Collaboration with the internal team to provide feedback from the market will also be a key part of the responsibilities.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in sales, lead generation, and client relationship management
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Market research and analysis expertise to identify opportunities and trends
- Ability to work independently, manage targets, and maintain detailed sales records
- Proficiency in using CRM tools and other technology to support sales processes
- Prior experience in the skincare or cosmetics industry is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
- Fluency in English and Hindi; additional Indian language proficiency is advantageous
Salary Budget upto 3LPA + Incentives
