Job Title: Field Sales Executive
Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic Field Sales Executive responsible for driving sales by visiting potential and existing customers across assigned locations. The role involves identifying new opportunities, building strong client relationships, and achieving sales targets through effective on-ground engagement.
Key Responsibilities
- Promote and sell company products/services within the assigned territory
- Visit construction sites regularly to identify new business opportunities
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders such as:
- Site engineers
- Contractors
- Architects
- Consultants
- Builders, dealers, and distributors
- Identify potential clients and understand their requirements
- Present suitable product solutions based on customer needs
- Conduct pricing discussions and negotiate deals to close sales successfully
- Track market trends, competitor activities, and product demand
- Consistently meet or exceed assigned sales targets
- Generate and follow up on leads to expand the customer base
- Maintain accurate sales records and prepare regular reports
- Submit daily activity and sales updates to the reporting manager
Required Qualifications & Experience
- Minimum 2 years of experience in the building materials industry
- Preferred product exposure includes:
- Bison panels
- Fiber cement boards
- Gypsum boards
- Sandwich panels
- Tile adhesives, putty, and block fix
- Marble, granite, stone
- Pipes and ceramic products
- Experience in cement or RMC will not be considered
