Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role based in Nashik for a Field Sales Executive. The Field Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying and engaging potential clients, presenting and selling company products, and building strong client relationships. The role will also involve market research, negotiating sales deals, achieving sales targets, and providing feedback to the management team on market trends and customer needs.
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of sales and marketing strategies, including client prospecting and lead generation
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Familiarity with market research, customer behavior analysis, and competitor insights
- Ability to build and maintain strong professional relationships
- Proficiency in using sales and CRM tools; experience in the machinery industry is an advantage
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently
- Willingness to travel as part of an on-site role
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
