Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Field Sales Executive, based in Delhi, India. The Field Sales Executive will be responsible for building strong client relationships, meeting with healthcare professionals to promote the company's products, and closing sales deals. The role involves presenting product benefits, capturing customer needs, providing after-sales support, and contributing to revenue growth through strategic planning and market research. Travel within the assigned territory will be required to expand and maintain customer networks.
Qualifications
- Ability to build client relationships, actively engage prospects, and achieve sales targets
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Proficiency in market research and strategic planning
- Knowledge of the healthcare or medical supplies industry is highly advantageous
- Exceptional time management and organizational skills
- Self-motivated and capable of working independently in a field environment
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Life Sciences, or a related field
- Previous experience in sales or account management is preferred
