Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Field Sales Executive located in Ahmedabad. The Field Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying potential customers, building and maintaining relationships, and driving sales of Spinoto's app-based services. Key responsibilities include promoting the app to vehicle owners, conducting sales demonstrations, liaising with mechanics, and providing feedback to the company to align the offerings with customer needs.
Qualifications
- Sales and business development skills, including lead generation and closing deals
- Communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills for building client relationships
- Analytical and problem-solving skills to understand customer needs and recommend solutions
- Proficiency with sales tools, CRM platforms, and technology to manage customer data
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets
- Prior experience in field sales or automotive services is a strong advantage
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- Fluency in Gujarati and Hindi is a plus, alongside proficiency in English
