Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Field Sales Executive, based in Ahmedabad. The role involves identifying prospective clients, generating leads, and converting them into solar project sales. Responsibilities include meeting clients, understanding their energy requirements, providing consultations on solar solutions, and achieving sales targets. The Field Sales Executive will collaborate with the technical team for feasibility analysis and follow-ups to ensure customer satisfaction post-installation.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in lead generation, client acquisition, and negotiation skills
- Knowledge of solar energy solutions, products, and industry trends
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with prospective clients
- Ability to achieve sales targets and work under deadlines
- Willingness to travel and conduct on-site client visits
- Previous sales experience, preferably in renewable energy, is an advantage
- A bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is favorable
- Basic knowledge of MS Office tools and CRM systems
