Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Sales Executive role based in Gurugram/SONIPAT. The Sales Executive will focus on identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with clients, and promoting Skybyte Developers’ projects. Responsibilities include conducting property presentations, driving sales, negotiating deals, and achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets. Additionally, the role involves coordinating with internal teams to ensure seamless client experiences and providing market insights to inform strategic decisions.
Qualifications
- Freshers with MBA Degree.
- Sales and Negotiation: Strong ability to identify opportunities, communicate with clients, and close deals effectively.
- Customer Relationship Management: Adept at relationship-building, client engagement, and providing excellent customer service.
- Real Estate Knowledge: Basic understanding of real estate markets, property sales, and relevant practices. Experience in real estate is a plus.
- Communication and Presentation Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication, along with the ability to deliver impactful presentations.
- Technology and Tools: Familiarity with CRM software and proficiency in using MS Office Suite.
- Education and Other Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities are essential.
- Motivated and Goal-Oriented: Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets with a proactive and results-driven mindset.
