Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located on Trivandrum & Coimbatore regions for a Field Sales Executive. Key responsibilities include identifying and engaging prospective clients, conducting product demonstrations, building and maintaining client relationships, closing sales, and ensuring after-sales support. The role will require daily interaction with clients, preparation of sales reports, and meeting sales targets while promoting the company’s CAD software solutions.
Qualifications
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Sales skills, including lead generation, relationship building, and client management
- Technical knowledge or experience in CAD software, architecture, or engineering fields is beneficial
- Problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently
- A proactive approach to achieving sales goals and contributing to a collaborative team environment
- Proficiency in basic computer skills, Microsoft Office Suite, and CRM tools
- Experience in field sales is preferred
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field is an advantage
