Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Field Sales Executive located in satellite Ahmedabad, Gujarat. The Field Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying and approaching potential customers, building and nurturing client relationships, presenting products or solutions, negotiating deals, and achieving sales targets. Additional responsibilities include maintaining sales records, providing feedback to the sales team, and representing the company during meetings or events. The role requires a proactive approach and adaptability in varying field environments.
Qualifications
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Experience in HORECA field sales, client acquisition, and relationship management
- Strong organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills
- Basic knowledge of product presentations and the ability to understand client requirements.
- Experience working in a collaborative and target-driven environment
- Proficiency in using CRM tools and Microsoft Office applications
- Flexibility to travel as required for client visits
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
