Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Field Sales Executive located in Surat. The Field Sales Executive will actively engage with potential and existing clients to promote and sell the company’s solar energy solutions. Responsibilities include identifying sales opportunities, conducting presentations, building and maintaining client relationships, achieving sales targets, and providing after-sales support. The role requires field visits, market analysis, and collaboration with the sales team to ensure customer satisfaction and business growth.
Qualifications
- Sales and negotiation skills, with the ability to identify and close business opportunities
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills to engage with clients and address their needs
- Experience in the renewable energy or utilities sector is a plus
- Self-motivation, goal-oriented mindset, and ability to work independently
- Proficiency in planning and executing sales strategies
- Willingness to travel for work and perform field visits
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
