Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Field Sales Executive based in Bhopal. The Field Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities and managing existing ones, building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, and executing sales strategies to meet targets. The role involves promoting the company's products, conducting market research, and providing customer feedback to improve offerings. Take ownership of accounts receivable in your territory by visiting existing customers to ensure timely payment collection and maintain healthy aging cycles. Regular travel within the assigned territory will be required.
Qualifications
- Strong sales, negotiation, and customer relationship management skills
- Ability to conduct market research and analysis to identify new opportunities
- Effective communication and presentation skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and meet sales targets consistently
- Willingness to travel regularly within the assigned territory
- Previous experience in the construction materials industry is a plus
- A bachelor's or a master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
