Key Responsibilities
- Manage and support Field Executives in driver onboarding.
- Onboard Auto, E-Rickshaw, and Cab drivers to the Rydon24 platform.
- Assist with registration, account activation, and document verification.
- Guide drivers on using the app and ensure successful first-ride completion.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business.
Minimum 3 years of sales experience.
Excellent communication and leadership skills.
Comfortable with field work and target-driven environments.
