Role Description
We are seeking a dedicated Field Sales Executive for a full-time position with base locations in Chandigarh and Jaipur. The responsibilities include identifying and developing business opportunities, building relationships with clients, conducting site visits, and promoting our range of road construction products and services. The role requires regular monitoring of client requirements and offering tailored solutions to meet their project demands. The Field Sales Executive will collaborate with technical teams to ensure customer needs are addressed and meet sales targets. Daily tasks also include preparing reports, managing customer feedback, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in sales, client relationship management, and negotiation
- Ability to understand road construction products, technical specifications, and applications
- Effective communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Organizational and time management abilities to handle multiple client projects efficiently
- Knowledge of the construction or infrastructure industry is a plus
- Proficiency in MS Office tools and CRM platforms
- Willingness to travel frequently to client sites and project locations
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Previous experience in sales or business development roles, preferably in construction materials or related industries
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
