Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Chennai for a Field Sales Executive. The Field Sales Executive will focus on building and maintaining client relationships, presenting Richworth's uniform solutions, and achieving sales targets. Responsibilities include identifying potential customers, conducting market research, negotiating contracts, and ensuring customer satisfaction post-sale. The role also involves regular travel within assigned territories to meet clients and represent Richworth's products and values.
Qualifications
- Experience in Sales, Client Relationship Management, and Business Development
- Strong Communication and Presentation skills
- Proven ability to identify leads, close deals, and achieve sales targets
- Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities
- Comfortable with regular travel within the assigned territory
