About the Role
QQSphere is on a mission to transform how India's future doctors learn β and we need a driven, personable sales professional to make it happen on the ground.
As a Field Sales Executive, you will be the face of QQSphere across Indiaβs medical college campuses. Your job is simple in concept, demanding in execution: meet MBBS students where they are, demonstrate the product, and convert interest into active paid subscriptions.
This is a high-autonomy, high-accountability role for someone who thrives outside the office β in college corridors, canteens, demo sessions, and student society events. If you love the thrill of closing a deal and genuinely believe in what you're selling, this role will reward you handsomely.
What You'll Do
- Visit medical colleges across Pune, Mumbai to begin with (expanding geo later) to conduct live product demonstrations of QQSphere to MBBS students, student councils, and academic bodies.
- Build a qualified pipeline of prospects through daily campus visits, referrals, WhatsApp groups, and college events.
- Close registrations and paid subscriptions on the spot β you own the full sales cycle from demo to payment.
- Identify and engage campus influencers and student representatives to amplify reach within colleges.
- Maintain a daily log of visits, leads, demos given, and conversions β reporting clearly to the founding team.
- Gather on-ground feedback from students and relay product insights to the team for continuous improvement.
- Represent QQSphere at medical college fests, orientation events, and student society meets.
- Coordinate with the core team to plan targeted campaigns aligned to exam calendars and college cycles.
What We're Looking For
- 1β2 years of field sales experience β preferably in EdTech, HealthTech, FMCG, or any B2C/student-facing role.
- Excellent spoken English and Hindi, (Marathi good to have); ability to hold confident, engaging conversations with students and faculty.
- Natural rapport-builder β you can walk into a room of strangers and leave with five new contacts.
- Familiarity with Pune+Mumbai's geography and medical college ecosystem is a strong advantage.
- Ownership of a personal two-wheeler and willingness to use it daily for intra-city travel.
- Self-motivated, target-driven mindset with the discipline to manage your own schedule effectively.
- Basic comfort with smartphones, WhatsApp, and simple CRM or tracking tools.
- A genuine interest in healthcare, medical education, or EdTech is a plus β but a hunger to sell is non-negotiable.
Compensation
Fixed monthly salary + generous, uncapped performance-linked commission. The more students you bring on board, the more you earn β high performers have significant earning potential.
Travel allowance is provided for daily field commute expenses.
Work Schedule
- Six days a week, with occasional Sunday work as needed.
- Compensatory off provided on a weekday when Sunday working is required.
- Primarily a field role β expect to spend the majority of your time on campuses and in the field across Pune.
