Job Description
We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Field Sales Executive to join our growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for freshers and candidates with up to 1 year of experience who are eager to build a career in field sales. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, managing client relationships, and contributing to revenue targets through active field sales activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify new business opportunities and generate leads in the market
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and distributors
- Conduct regular client visits, meetings, and product presentations
- Develop and implement effective field sales strategies to achieve business targets
- Monitor sales performance and maintain accurate sales records and reports
- Coordinate with internal teams such as production, logistics, and marketing
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs
- Ensure timely follow-up and collection of payments from clients
Qualifications
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic knowledge of sales and negotiation
- Ability to build and maintain customer relationships
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and eager to learn
- Problem-solving mindset and proactive attitude
- Willingness to travel and work in the field
- Any graduate — B.Com, BBA, BA, BSc, or equivalent degree
- 0–1 year of experience in sales or marketing (freshers encouraged to apply)
- Basic understanding of sales processes is an added advantage
