Key Responsibilities
- Visit textile retail shops, garment stores, and manufacturers within the assigned territory.
- Identify potential customers and generate new business opportunities.
- Understand the customer’s existing business processes and current software usage.
- Explain the advantages and benefits of our ERP solution compared to existing systems.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with retail business owners and decision-makers.
- Conduct product presentations or coordinate demonstrations with the technical team.
- Follow up with prospects and convert leads into sales.
- Maintain records of visits, leads, and sales activities in the CRM system.
- Achieve assigned monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Provide market feedback on customer requirements and competitor offerings
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in field sales or business development.
- Prior experience in Textile / Garment Retail industry is preferred.
- Candidates from ERP software sales or retail technology sales will be an added advantage.
- Experience in B2B sales and direct customer interaction.
- Ability to communicate effectively with business owners and retail managers.
