Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Field Sales Executive located in Bengaluru. The Field Sales Executive will be responsible for managing and expanding client accounts, developing and executing sales strategies, and identifying new business opportunities. Key responsibilities include meeting sales targets, building strong client relationships, presenting polymeric metal solutions to potential customers, preparing proposals, and providing after-sales support. Additionally, the role requires collaborating with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and delivering effective technical solutions.
Qualifications
- Strong sales, negotiation, and business development skills, with a proven track record in achieving sales targets.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for building and maintaining client relationships.
- Technical aptitude and understanding of industrial products and applications, particularly in Heavy Engineering, Steel Construction, or related fields.
- Problem-solving abilities and experience in presenting tailored solutions to meet customer needs.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of managing multiple clients and tasks effectively.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred. Relevant industry experience will be considered a strong advantage.
- Willingness to travel as required to meet clients and attend industry events.
