Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Field Sales Executive at our Noida location. The Field Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying and cultivating leads, conducting client meetings, and presenting tailored insurance solutions to meet their specific needs. Day-to-day tasks include developing strong client relationships, achieving sales targets, and providing post-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction. The role involves proactive engagement with potential customers and delivering exceptional service to uphold the core values of Policywings.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales, client engagement, and relationship management.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Knowledge of insurance products and the ability to identify customer needs and recommend relevant solutions.
• Proven ability to achieve sales targets and work in a results-driven environment.
• Organizational and time management skills for handling multiple tasks effectively.
• Knowledge of the insurance industry or similar fields is an advantage.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or any relevant discipline.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
