Role Description
This is a full-time, remote role for a Field Sales Executive. The Field Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying and acquiring new customers, building and maintaining relationships with clients, and promoting Phantom Healthcare’s products and services. Day-to-day tasks include conducting sales presentations, negotiating deals, and providing personalized solutions to meet client needs. Additionally, the Field Sales Executive will collaborate with cross-functional teams and ensure seamless customer experiences.
Qualifications
- Strong sales and business development skills, with the ability to identify and acquire new customers
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain client relationships
- Negotiation and problem-solving expertise to address client requirements effectively
- Experience in healthcare, medical equipment sales, or related industries is a plus
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, remote environment
- Proficiency with sales tools, CRM systems, and digital platforms
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred
- Willingness to travel as needed to engage with clients and attend industry events
