Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Field Sales Executive role based in Jammu. The Field Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying sales opportunities, acquiring new customers, managing client relationships, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Daily tasks include visiting merchants, promoting Paytm's products and services, onboarding vendors onto the Paytm platform, and achieving designated sales targets while maintaining documentation and feedback effectively. The role requires strong communication skills and a deep understanding of Paytm’s offerings.
Qualifications
- Sales Acumen: Strong negotiation, client acquisition, and relationship management skills.
- Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities in English and local languages.
- Marketing Knowledge: Understanding of sales strategies and digital payment technologies.
- Problem-Solving Abilities: Capable of addressing client challenges and providing solutions effectively.
- Soft Skills: Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Educational Background and Experience: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred; prior field sales experience will be an advantage.
- Additional Requirements: Proficiency in using mobile applications and basic tech-savviness; willingness to travel locally and maintain professional relationships with vendors and merchants.
