Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Field Sales Executive, based in Vadodara. The Field Sales Executive will be responsible for acquiring new merchants, onboarding them onto the Paytm platform, and maintaining relationships to drive sales. The role includes visiting potential business partners, explaining Paytm's solutions, addressing client queries, achieving sales targets, and contributing to business growth. Additionally, the Executive collaborates with internal teams to ensure smooth operations and client satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Proven sales skills, including business acquisition, client relationship management, and achieving sales targets.
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities to effectively interact with clients and internal teams.
- Basic understanding of digital payment systems and technical platforms.
- Ability to work independently, efficiently manage time, and adapt to a dynamic work environment.
- Prior experience in sales, marketing, or financial technology is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
