Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Field Sales Executive, located in Asansol. The Field Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying and connecting with potential clients, selling Paytm’s products and services, and achieving sales targets. The role involves building and maintaining client relationships, conducting market research to identify new business opportunities, and providing regular reports on sales performance. Collaboration with internal teams and ensuring high customer satisfaction are also core responsibilities.

Qualifications

  • Proven sales skills, including negotiation, relationship-building, and closing deals
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact with clients effectively
  • Ability to conduct market research and understand customer needs
  • Proficiency in reporting sales metrics and handling feedback constructively
  • Goal-oriented mindset with the capability to meet and exceed sales targets
  • Knowledge of digital payment solutions is beneficial
  • Familiarity with the local market in Asansol is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
