Location: New Delhi, Jhadelwalan.
Job Description: *Field Sales & Marketing Executive – Corporate Gifting
Experience: 1-4 Years in Corporate Gifting.
Ctc- upto 4.5 Lpa (Depends on interview)
Working Days- 6 days (2nd & 4th Saturday off)
*Key Responsibilities*
- Identify and generate new business opportunities in the corporate gifting market.
- Conduct field visits, cold calls, and client meetings to create a strong sales pipeline.
- Present gifting catalogs, product samples, and tailored gifting solutions to potential clients.
- Understand client requirements and recommend suitable corporate gifting options.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with HR, Admin, Marketing, and Procurement departments.
- Negotiate pricing, prepare quotations, and follow up on proposals.
- Coordinate with internal teams for product customization, inventory availability, and timely deliveries.
- Gather market insights, competitor analysis, and share feedback to improve offerings.
- Participate in trade fairs, displays, exhibitions, and corporate events to promote products.
*Skills & Qualifications*
- 1–4 years of experience in field sales, preferably in corporate gifting.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to handle client meetings confidently and convert leads to sales.
- Basic understanding of MS Excel, email communication, and CRM tools.
- Self-motivated, confident and comfortable with field work.
- Two-wheeler will be an add-on advantage. (travel reimbursement will be provided).
