Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Field Sales Executive, based in the Greater Bengaluru Area. The Field Sales Executive will be responsible for driving the sales process by identifying opportunities, building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, conducting meetings to showcase the value proposition of NxtWave programs, and ensuring enrollment of candidates. Responsibilities also include meeting sales targets, tracking market trends, and coordinating with internal teams to deliver an exceptional customer experience.
Qualifications
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills, with the ability to engage effectively with clients and stakeholders
- Proficiency in sales processes, lead generation, and client relationship management
- Analytical and problem-solving skills to understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and capable of working independently in a fast-paced environment
- Previous experience in EdTech or sales roles is an advantage
- Proficiency in local languages is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
