Role Description
We are hiring a Field Sales Executive – Property Listings to join our Sales team in Gurgaon. In this role, you will be responsible for acquiring residential property listings by onboarding property owners and landlords onto the platform. The position involves extensive fieldwork, including local market mapping, identifying high-demand micro-markets, and building relationships with property owners.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for pitching the platform’s value proposition, collecting accurate property details, ensuring high-quality listings, and maintaining strong relationships with landlords to drive repeat listings. This role requires strong persuasion skills, local market understanding, and a target-driven mindset.
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
• 1–2 years of experience in field sales, real estate, BFSI, or telecom sales
• Freshers with strong sales aptitude are encouraged to apply
• Strong communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills
• Comfortable with field-based work and territory coverage
• Basic knowledge of CRM tools or mobile applications
• Two-wheeler is mandatory
