Neelgagan is a Delhi-based stationery brand, founded in 1951 and now run by the fourth generation of the family. We supply across India through a distributor network and sell directly to consumers via our own retail and e-commerce channels. We’re a legacy business in the middle of a quiet modernisation, and we’re strengthening our presence across NCR.
About the Role
We’re looking for a Sales Executive to own our growth across Faridabad, Ghaziabad, and Gurgaon. You’ll be on the ground daily, working with distributors, dealers, and retailers, opening new accounts, and making sure our products are visible and moving. You’ll report into our Delhi head office but spend most of your time out in the market.
Key Responsibilities
• Drive sales growth across the assigned NCR territory
• Build and manage relationships with distributors, dealers, and retailers
• Identify and onboard new accounts
• Ensure product visibility and availability across the market
• Provide regular market feedback to the head office
• Coordinate with the Delhi team on planning, reporting, and execution
What We’re Looking For
• 2–5 years of experience in sales, ideally in FMCG, stationery, or distribution-led businesses
• Strong understanding of NCR markets and trade dynamics
• Comfort with daily travel across Faridabad, Ghaziabad, and Gurgaon
• Good communication skills in Hindi and English
• Self-starter mindset with the ability to work independently
• Working knowledge of Excel and basic reporting
Nice to Have
• Existing distributor or retailer relationships in NCR
• Exposure to both offline trade and modern retail
