Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Field Sales Executive, based in Pali. The Field Sales Executive will be responsible for developing relationships with merchants, promoting MobiKwik’s products and services, and driving merchant acquisition. Responsibilities include meeting sales targets, providing after-sales support, addressing merchant inquiries, and fostering trust in the platform’s offerings. The role demands regular field visits, effective communication, and a results-driven approach to ensure successful merchant onboarding and retention.
Qualifications
- Experience in Sales, Business Development, and Client Relationship Management
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build and sustain merchant relationships
- Ability to meet targets and deadlines while working in a fast-paced environment
- Basic understanding of FinTech products, with an ability to explain technical offerings simply
- Proficiency in using CRM systems and maintaining organized sales records
- Self-motivation and a proactive approach to fieldwork and task management
- Educational background in business, marketing, or related areas is preferred
- Prior experience in FinTech or payments industry is a strong advantage
