JOB SUMMARY:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Field Sales Executive to drive business growth by
identifying new clients, maintaining relationships, and promoting MO Designs’ luxury furniture
and décor offerings in the market.
Key Responsibilities:
1 Identify and develop new business opportunities through field visits, networking, and
referrals
2 Meet architects, interior designers, builders, and high-net-worth clients
3 Present and promote MO Designs’ product portfolio to potential customers
4 Conduct site visits and client meetings to understand requirements
5 Generate leads and convert them into sales Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
6 Maintain strong relationships with existing clients for repeat business
7 Coordinate with internal design and production teams for order execution
8 Provide market feedback, competitor insights, and customer preferences
9 Ensure timely follow-ups and closure of deals
Required Skills & Qualifications:
1 Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
2 6months –3 years of experience in field sales (preferably in furniture, interiors, or luxury
products)
2 Strong communication and negotiation skills
3 Presentable personality with a customer-centric approach
4 Ability to build and maintain professional relationships
5 Self-motivated and target-driven
6 Willingness to travel extensively
