Job Title: Field Executive – Solar

Mission Surya Uday is hiring motivated Field Executives for our team in Kanpur, Uttar Pradesh. This is a field-based sales and lead-generation role focused on promoting rooftop solar solutions to residential customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct door-to-door visits and generate customer leads.
- Explain rooftop solar solutions and their benefits.
- Educate customers about the PM Surya Ghar Muft Bijli Yojana.
- Understand customer requirements and follow up with interested prospects.
- Coordinate with the internal team for site visits and customer support.
- Maintain daily activity records and achieve assigned sales targets.
Requirements
- Minimum 12th pass.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Comfortable with fieldwork and regular travel.
- Two-wheeler and valid driving licence preferred.
- Basic smartphone and WhatsApp knowledge.
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
Salary & Benefits
- Freshers: ₹15,000–₹20,000 per month.
- Experienced candidates: Salary negotiable for candidates with prior solar sales experience.
