We are input this vacancy for one of our clients, who is running Freight Forwarding Company at Bhanpuri, Raipur Chhattiagarh, running business from last 30 years.
Role Description
Submit bills and documents at client offices (क्लाइंट ऑफिस में बिल और डॉक्यूमेंट जमा करना)
Onboard new vendors and complete documentation (नए वेंडर जोड़ना और डॉक्यूमेंटेशन पूरा करना)
Visit transport markets to identify vendors and opportunities (ट्रांसपोर्ट मार्केट जाकर वेंडर और अवसर ढूँढना)
Collect vendor rates and RFQ quotations (वेंडर रेट और कोटेशन लेना)
Build and maintain vendor relationships (वेंडर से अच्छे संबंध बनाना और रखना)
Conduct market surveys on pricing and availability (मार्केट सर्वे करना – रेट और उपलब्धता)
Travel locally and outstation as required (लोकल और बाहर यात्रा करना)
Provide regular updates and reports to office (ऑफिस को रिपोर्ट और अपडेट देना)
Qualifications
- Education / शिक्षा: Minimum 12th pass (कम से कम 12वीं पास)
- Skills / कौशल:Communication & negotiation (बातचीत और समझौता करने की क्षमता)
- Vendor coordination (वेंडर से तालमेल)
- Market understanding (मार्केट की समझ)
- Basic Excel & Email (बेसिक एक्सेल और ईमेल)
- Driving license preferred (ड्राइविंग लाइसेंस होना अच्छा है)
