Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Field Sales Executive located in the Greater Bengaluru Area. The Field Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying potential customers, building and maintaining client relationships, conducting product presentations, negotiating sales agreements, and achieving sales targets. The role involves regular visits to customer locations, gathering market insights, and identifying opportunities for business growth to support the expansion of Lavia’s market presence.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Sales, Relationship Management, and Account Handling
- Proficiency in Client Outreach, Lead Generation, and Negotiation Techniques
- Ability to gather market intelligence and strategize to achieve sales targets
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in using CRM tools and sales tracking platforms is an advantage
- Self-motivated, with a proven ability to work independently in a dynamic environment
- Previous experience in beverage, FMCG, or a similar industry is highly desirable
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or related field
