Role Description This is a full-time remote role for a Field Sales Executive at LandsZo. The Field Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying and onboarding property owners, brokers, and builders, and promoting LandsZo’s digital platform and services. The role includes conducting virtual and in-person meetings, understanding client requirements, giving product demos, and guiding customers through the listing and transaction process. The Field Sales Executive will manage a sales funnel, follow up on leads, negotiate terms, and work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth customer experience and timely issue resolution. Regular reporting on sales activities, market feedback, and competitor insights will also be part of the daily work.
Qualifications
- Proven skills in field sales, business development, and client acquisition, preferably in real estate or related industries.
- Strong relationship-building, negotiation, and closing skills with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders (owners, brokers, builders).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain digital products and processes clearly.
- Comfort using digital tools and platforms, including CRM systems, mobile apps, and online meeting tools.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment, manage time effectively, and meet targets.
- Understanding of local real estate markets and property transaction processes is an advantage.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Willingness to travel within assigned territory as needed for client meetings and market visits.
