About the Role
We are looking for a motivated Field Sales Executive who enjoys meeting new people and building long-term business relationships. Your primary responsibility will be to generate new business by visiting architects, interior designers, contractors, builders, carpenters, and construction sites across Mota Varachha, Varachha, Katargam, and nearby areas.
Key Responsibilities
- Visit potential customers and construction sites daily.
- Generate new leads and convert them into customers.
- Build relationships with architects, interior designers, contractors, and carpenters.
- Promote Lancer Plywood's products and services.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and maintain customer follow-ups.
Requirements
- Strong communication and convincing skills.
- Passion for field sales and meeting new customers.
- Experience in field sales is an advantage but motivated freshers are welcome to apply.
Salary & Benefits
- ₹18,000–₹35,000 per month (depending on experience and performance)
