Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Field Sales Executive based in Warangal. The Field Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying potential clients, building strong relationships with stakeholders, and promoting Lallu Vemula Technologies' healthcare solutions. Responsibilities will include reaching out to hospitals, demonstrating the benefits of our platform, negotiating contracts, closing sales deals, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Additionally, you will gather valuable feedback from clients to help enhance our offerings.
Qualifications
- Sales and Negotiation skills to identify opportunities, demonstrate product value, handle negotiations, and close sales.
- Interpersonal and Communication skills to build strong client relationships and effectively convey technical and business solutions.
- Technical Aptitude to quickly understand digital healthcare solutions and explain their functionality to clients.
- Organization and Time Management skills to prioritize tasks, manage multiple client interactions, and meet sales targets within deadlines.
- Proven work experience in sales, healthcare, or technology-related fields is preferred but not mandatory.
- Familiarity with healthcare operations or hospital management systems is a bonus.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is highly desirable.
- Driven, self-motivated, and goal-oriented individual with a passion for leveraging technology to improve healthcare operations.
