Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Field Sales Executive, based in Mahesana. The role involves identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining strong client relationships, and consistently meeting and exceeding sales targets. Additional responsibilities include preparing and delivering sales presentations, negotiating contracts, overseeing the execution of advertising campaigns, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction. The Field Sales Executive will also analyze market trends and customer feedback to enhance service offerings and maintain a competitive edge.
Qualifications
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Sales and business development experience, with a proven ability to meet or exceed targets
- Analytical skills to assess market trends and identify opportunities
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
- Working knowledge of outdoor advertising or marketing is a plus
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
