Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Field Sales Executive located in Tamluk, India. The Field Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying potential clients, meeting with businesses to promote and sell Justdial's services, and achieving assigned sales targets. The role involves providing detailed product knowledge, preparing presentations, and building long-term customer relationships through exceptional service. Executives will also serve as brand representatives, ensuring a positive customer experience and offering customized solutions to clients.
Qualifications
- Strong sales and negotiation skills with proven ability to achieve targets
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
- Knowledge of digital platforms, customer management tools, and business technology solutions
- Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships
- Self-motivated and result-oriented with the capability to work independently
- Basic knowledge of the local market and business ecosystem
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools is an advantage
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
