Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Field Sales Executive located in Mumbai. Responsibilities include developing and maintaining strong relationships with jewellery retailers, identifying sales opportunities, introducing Jewel Casa's product offerings, and ensuring client satisfaction. The Field Sales Executive will monitor market trends, achieve sales targets, and manage customer inquiries while delivering excellent service. Team collaboration and the ability to represent Jewel Casa professionally are key aspects of this role.
Qualifications
- Strong sales, negotiation, and persuasion skills, with a proven track record in achieving sales targets.
- Experience in client relationship management, customer service, and account management.
- Understanding of market research, competitive analysis, and business development strategies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in both English and local languages.
- Ability to work independently, travel for a minimum of 18 to 20 days within assigned territory, and adapt to varied work environments.
- Prior experience or knowledge in the jewellery or luxury goods industry is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
