Job Overview:
We are looking for a motivated Field Sales Executive to drive sales for Janaki Fresh Chicken products by developing new customers and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients. The role involves field visits to food businesses and ensuring timely collections.
Key Responsibilities
• Identify and acquire new customers in the assigned territory.
• Generate sales from restaurants, hotels, caterers, and supermarkets.
• Maintain relationships with existing customers to ensure repeat business.
• Collect payments from customers as per the 7-day credit cycle.
• Visit customers regularly and manage assigned sales routes/territories.
• Achieve monthly sales targets set by the company.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity in the area.
• Coordinate with the operations team for smooth product delivery.
• Maintain records of orders, collections, and customer feedback.
Eligibility Criteria
• Education: Graduation
• Experience: 0–1 year in sales or field marketing (Freshers can apply)
• Good communication and negotiation skills
• Willingness to travel locally for field sales (Must Own a two-wheeler for field visits)
• Basic knowledge of the local market is an advantage
