Innovatio Talent is recruiting for a fast-growing company operating in the hyperlocal digital advertising space. They're building a premium screen network across high-footfall locations — cafés, salons, clinics, gyms, retail spaces — and they need driven field sales professionals to grow their merchant network across Delhi NCR.
📍 Location: Delhi NCR (East | West | North | South | Central Delhi)
💼 Role: Field Sales Executive — Merchant Acquisition
🕐 Type: Full-Time | Field Sales
🔢 Openings: 100 positions across Delhi zones
What you'll be doing:
→ Meeting merchants daily within your assigned zone
→ Explaining the business model and onboarding them onto the network
→ Building and managing your merchant pipeline
→ Conducting follow-up meetings and closing onboardings
→ Updating CRM and reporting daily field activity
→ Representing the brand professionally at all times
Daily target: 20+ merchant visits | 1–2 merchant onboardings per day
What we're looking for:
Candidates with background in any of the following:
Telecom Sales | FMCG Sales | Fintech Sales | B2B Sales | Merchant Acquisition | Banking Sales | Broadband Sales | Field Marketing | Real Estate Sales | Direct Sales
You're a great fit if you're comfortable on the field, goal-driven, and don't shy away from targets.
💰 What's in it for you:
✅ Fixed Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹30,000/month
✅ Travel Allowance: ₹5,000 fixed
✅ Performance Incentives: Per merchant onboarding (unlimited earning potential)
✅ Working Hours: 10 AM – 6 PM | Saturday: Half Day
