ROLE OVERVIEW
As a Sales Executive – Field Sales, you will be responsible for generating leads, meeting clients, closing deals, and managing relationships with institutions. You will represent the organization on the ground and play a key role in revenue generation. This role requires high ownership, strong interpersonal skills, and willingness to travel extensively.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
1 Lead Generation & Client Acquisition
• Generate new leads through cold calling, field visits, and networking
• Schedule and conduct client meetings with colleges and institutions
• Identify new business opportunities and build a strong sales pipeline
2 Sales Conversion & Follow-ups
• Customize and share proposals with clients
• Drive follow-ups for deal closure with both new and existing clients
• Negotiate and close sales opportunities
3 Client Engagement & Relationship Management
• Build and maintain strong relationships with institutional stakeholders
• Identify opportunities for repeat business and referrals
• Ensure client expectations are understood and addressed
4 Field Coordination & Execution Support
• Visit colleges for meetings, follow-ups, and coordination during training execution
• Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth communication and delivery alignment
• Act as the on-ground point of contact for clients
5 Collections & Business Continuity
• Follow up with clients for payments and ensure timely collections
• Support revenue realization and minimize delays in payment cycles
QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s degree or MBA in any field
- 1–4 years of experience in sales or business development
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Willingness to travel extensively
- Self-driven with a strong ownership mindset
