Role Overview
The Sales Executive is a performance-driven, revenue-focused role responsible for generating business through merchant onboarding and deal closures. This position operates in an output-based environment, where success is measured by conversions and business impact.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and approach potential merchants for onboarding
Generate leads and convert them into successful business deals
Achieve daily and weekly sales targets (conversion-based)
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients
Ensure accurate and verified onboarding of merchants
Maintain records of sales activities and conversions
Contribute to overall revenue growth of the company
Performance Metrics
Number of verified conversions (merchant onboarding)
Daily sales productivity and target achievement
Quality and accuracy of completed deals
Contribution to business revenue
Compensation Structure
Base Pay: ₹18000-25000/month (during evaluation period, conditional)
Incentives (Weekly):
₹50 per conversion (initial)
₹100 per conversion (after 3 conversions/day)
₹150 per conversion (after 5 conversions/day)
₹200 per conversion (after 10 conversions/day)
