Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Field Sales Executive located in Dehradun. The role involves meeting potential customers to promote the company's products, building relationships to foster trust and loyalty, achieving sales targets, and providing exceptional customer service. The Field Sales Executive will regularly assess market trends, create sales plans, and identify new business opportunities to expand the company’s reach.
Qualifications
- Proven sales skills, negotiation expertise, and ability to close deals
- Strong relationship-building, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of market research and business development strategies
- Proficient in time management and goal-oriented tasks
- Ability to work well under minimal supervision
- Prior experience in sales or a related field is advantageous
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred
